Vince Lombardi - coach-Green Bay Packers

The night before Super Bowl 2 against the Oakland Raiders at Miami's Orange Bowl (January 14, 1968) the famous coach talks about what he has to do to win. Green Bay beat the Raiders 33 to 14. Lombardi was so popular Richard Nixon wanted him as a running mate in the 1968 election, only to be reminded that Lombardi was a Kennedy Democrat.

Pete Rozelle - Commissioner of the NFL

Often called the "Father of Monday Night Football & the NFL" Rozelle was responsible for the merger of the NFL with the AFL and how the game is played today. In the 1970's Pete Rozelle shared his vision of the NFL's future with sports reporter Larry Upton.
